I thought my experience was quite bad, but after talking to brokers and tenants alike, I realized that Cornell Pace is an extremely unreliable management company. It is impossible to reach them by phone, even during their business hours, and they take days to respond to their email. I ve never experienced a company with worse communication skills. If you re planning on getting an apartment managed by this company, be very wary. I wish I was.
