Current hygienist was excellent.Prior(6 months ago)was rather aggressive.
I had a dental issue that ithought needed immediate attention. The staff worked me in on one of their busiest days. The dentist took the time to explain to me what was going on and did not seem rushed and as always was very caring and professional
Make sure your patient interaction is genuine, and not patronizing.... Being polite is appreciated, but not if you're following a script. Good customer service people are good because they honestly like people and have a heart to serve them. You can't force someone to "care."
Five Stars, LeNa is the best.
I don't think of anything to change or add that would make my visit any way nicer than it was. 10.(below) I don't use any of these websites.

I can't remember the dentist's name that fixed my tooth ( not Jackson ) He did a great job and I am completely satisfied with the result..
