My family and I are very well pleased with everything Dr. Jackson's practice has to offer. The competency and skill of his staff is excellent. I am a person who has dental phobia and the staff ensures that I am totally relaxed before undergoing treatment. When Ralph asked me how I was doing Monday, I replies, "OK until you showed up!" I was trying to be funny, but I regret the comment -- I always like to see him and appreciate the precision work you all do.

Fortunately, Dr. Jackson has a wonderful sense of humor and we all here at Cornelia Dental realize that many of our patients don't enjoy dental visits. We've learned not to take it personally - but we do try to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
I think customer service needs help. It wasn't the fault of the young girl who checked me out. I blame her superior who assumed my insurance would reimburse everything and who said she assumed I had already been offered the other deal. The young girl really tried to help me. Her superior needs to understand customer service.
