Try honesty instead of cover up. When you fail to do adequate testing to understand that a filling will not provide same day pain relief (March 12), instead of lying (on March 26 and 31) saying there was no inflammation, you should have just acknowledged more testing was needed -- not had me live w/untreated inflammation for weeks till you could do more testing for CYA (on April 16).
Over all great people and very helpful with the exception of the one time on the phone.
