Dr. Chang is a tremendous ophthalmologist. He was the 3rd Dr. I saw about cataract surgery and was the only one with a diagram of the eye in his exam room, which he used to explain the current condition of both of my eyes, and the type of lenses he recommended, as well as the reason. He was very knowledgeable, professional and all together pleasant to interact with. I would fervently give him, and all the staff I worked with throughout my cataract surgery experience ALL Tens (10) if it was an option!!
Dr. Chang ., Told me if I didn’t have surgery on both eyes I would go blind. Trusting that,I agreed , believing I had a Cornea Transplant . Later I learned all that I may have needed was Cataract surgery . My right eye, which never had surgery',see great and continue to improve .. I’m now seeing another doctor including a holistic care ,And my surgical eye is improving every day ... Wish I had gotten a second opinion first .I m sharing this because patients deserve clear information and should never feel pressured into surge... read more
The refraction is nothing but an eye exam and when I sign the paper they said that I had to have it done and I had to pay for it. Whether I liked it or not. There's no way around it. You're going to pay for the eye exam when you don't even need one
