I have tried to reach out to several different departments and can’t get a straight answer. I left a message for Valerie, who has never returned my call and this company is just so unprofessional with zero customer service skills. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever..

Fixed our double billing issues and conducted our normal service adequately. No billing today for services as we were double billed as aforementioned. Thanks a bunch Leo!

I used Croky’s for months and did not notice any change. After emailing to cancel, they then immediately charged me for another month. I called and asked why, they stated I didn’t reach out correctly to cancel even after I showed them the email. They also promised to pick up the equipment but it’s still all here. They are not friendly and the service doesn’t work, try using another company!

A long time customer for 16 years. Technician Luis is such a professional. A great representation for Corky's Pest Control. Detail oriented, thorough, customer service skills are the best. Always willing to explain and offer any new services that we made need. He's just the best!!
