My appointment was cancelled three times day of appointment . Three times I took off work twice I drove from Hamburg an hour drive just to tell me it's cancelled upon arrival. This is how we care for mental health patients desperate for help .frustrated is an under statement.

Waited almost two hours for my scheduled appointment. Left after realizing there was someone waiting before me which meant I’d be waiting even longer for them to be seen, after leaving this app. I was dropped randomly not too long after, no med refills or anything, you’re going through all the same things and take what I take… what a terrible thing to do to a person…

She is absolutely AWESOME!!! Corinna is down to earth and really listens and cares!!! I am so thankful to have found her. She has helped me through difficult situations! I highly recommend her!

Corinna Donner should lose her license after reading other reviews and after what I have just experienced. I was put on multiple medications and informed her at multiple appointments I wanted to wean off one of them because it was making things worse. She refused to take me off any medication and two appointments ago rushed me out of the office with a new diagnoses that isnt even recognised as a formal diagnoses as well as a pamphlet for another medication she wanted me to try while I was in tears. Corinna Donner should not have a license to practice medicine. She, without warning, dropped a patient and cancelled prescriptions (one of them being a script that can cause serious bodily harm to stop cold turkey, after completely ignoring multiple requests to be weaned off the drug). It seems she has no idea what she is doing and will just diagnose you with something to put you on meds and when you tell her they are not working she will keep you on them and just add more.
