Called ahead of time for a DOT physical to make sure nothing additional was needed and no appointment needed to be made. She told me no, not appointment needed, just come in. Drove all the way there to be told an appointment is needed and June 3rd is their first available. Perhaps hire more competent and informed receptionists.
