Very disappointed to say the least. Contacted for a counseling session, communication was very delayed from the start but I wanted to give it a chance since it's hard to find an in person counselor now a days. Booked an appointment finally for today at 10am. I show up 10 mins early because that's how I am. Door was locked and lights were off.
