CCF has been a great gym for me. All my life I said I would never go to a gym, however, CCF has welcomed me and made it feel safe and comfortable to exercise. I highly recommend this gym. The classes are all great and fit into my schedule. Thank you CCF!!

Unbelievable amount of support and motivation from all the trainers. They all truly want you to reach all of your goals. It has become a family rather than just a gym! All of the members and trainers support one another and work as a team! So proud to belong to the best gym family in the world!
I attended the Thanksgiving day workout drill and the cycling. Tough workout but a great one nonetheless. If you're looking to get in shape then you are at the right place. Motivating and effective is all you need to be in the best shape of your life.
