I loved this office as soon as I walked in! The office staff was extremely kind, so welcoming, it felt like home! I would 100 recommend this office to anyone looking for a family centered pcp office!
I have been seeing Dr. T for many years but lately, the office staff, specifically the new office manager has added no value to the practice. In the past 2 years, every time I come for a visit it's a different nurse practitioner, nurse or doctor on staff. Your calls don't get answered, messages are not returned. I have been calling to reschedule an appointment but no one answers the phone. Leave a message, nothing. I’m extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. They canceled my appointment but still charged me $55, which appears to be their standard practice given how casually they handled it. Instead of focusing on actual medical care, the doctor pushes meditation as the solution to almost every concern. If I’m coming in to make sure I’m medically okay, why am I being told meditation is the answer to everything?
