There should be a zero star option. I have been going to this office for almost 10 years and finally enough is enough. So much turnover. My prescriptions are consistently not sent in when I'm at my appointment and I always have to call back - sadly, the phones are not answered live very often, forcing you to leave message after message.

I loved this office as soon as I walked in! The office staff was extremely kind, so welcoming, it felt like home! I would 100 recommend this office to anyone looking for a family centered pcp office!
I have been seeing Dr. T for many years but lately, the office staff, specifically the new office manager has added no value to the practice. In the past 2 years, every time I come for a visit it's a different nurse practitioner, nurse or doctor on staff. Your calls don't get answered, messages are not returned. I have been calling to reschedule an appointment but no one answers the phone. Leave a message, nothing.
