Is it possible to give a NEGATIVE star review? This is the WORST health service I have EVER tried to work with. Their service can literally mean the difference between LIFE and DEATH! UPDATED: THIS HAPPENED FOR A THIRD TIME Twice now I've ordered, been promised the order would be out in a few days, only to wait over a week while I ran out of food and had to purchase from Amazon out of pocket. Once they needed a whole new prescription because they lost ours after only 6 months. Today we are on hold for over 20 minutes to get the run around yet again.
