If there was a way to give them a negative 5 stars, I would. I have used CVS Coram Infusion Services for 10 years in 3 separate geographical locations. About 3 months ago, I was informed that they needed to close the office for my region. At that point, they informed me that they wouldn't be able to service me any longer. I asked if I could be transferred to another office for services. I received a call from the Mount Prospect, IL office saying they would be providing service. The people out in the field that I've dealt with seem to miss appointments or at the very least are late for them. And we are talking about medicine that is supposed to be given at the same time every day.
