Sunday morning two (2) weeks ago, April 26th, 2026, an unknown person parked their automobile in my assigned parking spot at 10:00 AM. The car did not have a Coral Ridge Towers South sticker on it. The person assigned to security had no record of anyone signing the visitors’ log. The computer was down and the license plate could not be matched to an owner. A neighbor said that car should have been towed within two (2) hours. I wrote many times periodically throughout the day to complain to the entire Board of Directors, the ... read more
On April 5, 2026, Easter Sunday at 8:00 PM, I was enjoying The Ten Commandments on TV. I was interrupted by email from my building’s manager. It stated that by 10:00 AM in the morning residents had to park their automobiles in parking spots roped off far away from the paving work that was proposed for sections of the parking lot. I assumed from previous threats that if I didn’t move my automobile by 10:00 AM, my car might be towed away. I responded in order to explain solely to him that to generate this email on this Holy Ni... read more
It is a fair place to live, except a majority of the HOA Board members are attempting to make our home intolerable. Our new President asked many members on our board not to communicate with me, after I wrote to her and asked her why I was not allowed to display Christmas lights on my balcony like a lot of my neighbors (see photos for rules and lights). Was it selective enforcement?

During the board meeting at the Coral Ridge Towers South on September 27, 2024, at 2:20 PM, the president breached his Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Honorable Robert W. Lee by lying to shareholders about his “winning” our lawsuit. I was party to that lawsuit and this claim was a baldfaced lie. He did not win. Bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the judge, I will not go into specifics, but every time I know intimately the facts surrounding more situations involving this president, it becomes clearer that he is an out... read more
Mental Illness may be weaponized against you by some at the Board in Coral Ridge Towers South. For example, I perceived it happening to me when we were interviewed by the President of the Board at our initial screening. The President asked us, “Are you going to have a nervous breakdown in order to get a support dog?” After I recovered from my disgust for this man, I employed discretion by dodging his attempt at intimidation and answered, “I don’t know (what the future will bring).” I understood that punitive actions might be... read more
After moving into CRTS, I observed to my dismay that our secondary mailbox was an open pigeonhole. It was designated for newspapers, magazines and junk mail. Our primary mailbox was secured with a key. That box was slated for private mail containing Medicare reports, Pension checks, SSA checks, and IRS material. The USPS Mail handlers have placed the private mail into the open pigeonhole. I was told by the USPS Supervisor that they do this despite being fully aware of "its vulnerability to the prying eyes and the sticky fing... read more
It was easy to identify the in-groups at CRTS. They reserved tables at the few parties we attended. That is despite the fact that our Board President stated there were to be no reservations anywhere at CRTS. After not being invited one Christmas, the president's wife explained to me that she crossed me and my wife off the invitation list for the Community Christmas party because room was limited, and she wanted to meet new shareholders. I recognized her sheer elitism. I confronted the President in writing about his wife's ac... read more
The Board Pres. assured us that the Concrete Restoration on our building would be completed quite soon in an expedited manner. Our President outlined a timeframe at the onset of this project. That timeframe might be exceeded now by a couple of years more at the work's current pace.
Board Pres. stated that our new internet/phone(s)/TV provider would be better, less expensive, and faster than our past provider. It is the same, I've paid $20.00 more a month since then, and one pays extra for speed increase.
Coral Ridge Towers has a 2.6 star rating with 20 reviews.
