Awesome coaches! They take the time to work on form and the facilities have a well designed large amount of space so you never feel crowded.

Jon is an incredible coach! If you want to get fit but feel self-conscious about how you will do in a Cross-Fit environment, take a class with Jon and you won't regret it. He pushes you to work harder, but with positivity and encouragement. You don't feel self-conscious or intimidated because he makes you feel good about yourself. And if you're already fit or a strong athlete, Jon can definitely help you take it to the next level. I can't say enough great things about Jon - he is exactly the kind of coach we all need!
