Awesome family-friendly atmosphere & incredible coaches! Jon and Adam provide excellent technical training for all skill levels, as well as motivation all day/everyday. Added bonus- free childcare!! Not many coaches will hold your newborn baby while you WOD... love these guys!

I came to Coral Reef Crossfit when the box I had been going to closed unexpectedly. I was injured at the time and wasn't sure I was even going to continue to do crossfit. The coaches at Coral Reef crossfit were very knowledgable and aware of my limitations. They continued to work with me preparing modified workouts until I was cleared by my physician of all injuries. Today I continue to do crossfit at Coral Reef and I am breaking personal records.

I dropped in while on vaca for a week- great box! Coaches Jon & Adam were very welcoming, easy to talk to, and showed me some new stuff. Highly recommend & will return next year.
