Came to drop in for a week during vacation. Coaches and community were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be a regular for future visits.
The phenomenal trainers that can take any person willing to train. Excellent workouts & equipment. Great environment conducive for training of all types. The best perk is fabulous child care Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
I truly HATED crossfit and had pretty much written it off due to a bad experience my first time around... I pretty much figured it was just not for me. I even told Coach/Owner Jon Galui this when I first met him. His response to me was "well I hope we can change your mind". I'm now at coral reef crossfit at least 4 times a week and I LOVE IT!.. I've been trying to get my mom to do CrossFit with me for AGES and I thought, well it's the perfect time to bring her to a box while we are on Vacation.
