If property management were competent why is there still scaffolding in the parking garage?? a service elevator that constantly breaks (with people inside)?? no involvement when an apartment above leaks down into another one?? a hot tub that hasn't been fixed since the pandemic?? But for useless trifles management is there with nothing of substance to offer. Kakistocracy, like everything else in Miami.
Been renting for 6 months, was supposed to have 2 parking spots, but turns out the condo association sold one of them to the pediatric clinic downstairs and didn’t tell the owner? They were supposed to find a solution but it’s been 6 months with 0 communication other than my property manager saying they were working on it. The hot tub has been under construction from before I was here, some pool chairs dont work properly. For a couple months none of the gym machines were working but i believe they are now. Este condado no es lo que era cuando compramos hay buenos vecinos pero hay otros que viven haciendo ruido ensuciando y destruyendo áreas comunes y que hablar de la asociación solo está para decoración con demasiada reglas impuesta a la fuerza los parqueos está apuntalados con barras de hierro en el sótano cuando llueve se llena de agua y suben el mantenimiento y no resuelven nada y cada día más sucio y descuidado es tanto el descuido que da pena las alfombras de los pasillos están demaciado sucias y el mal olor y para colmo ... read more
The Coral Plaza Association is negligent and lackadaisical at best and the building has deteriorated in all aspects to say the least.It’s a shame.
