It's looking really nice since the new management got in! Really good location!
Beautiful place to live. Management is very friendly, as well as every other employee. Very clean and charming.
Edit: Went from 5 to 4 stars during my 13 month lease. No one respects the assigned parking, washing/dryer machines are constantly out of order, and the maintenance guy is overworked. Neighbors generally keep to themselves. Over time, problematic residents left and things got better. The move in was phenomenal and the area felt safe. Communication with management could be better during the exiting/move out phase. It was not a bad leasing experience.
