I’m extremely disappointed with my experience living here and would not recommend this complex. From the beginning, the unit was not properly prepared before move-in. The paint on the walls and cabinets is excessively thick, making surfaces sticky and causing cabinets to be difficult to open without significant force. There is also mold present in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. Maintenance and upkeep across the property are major concerns. While the property looks ok the maintenance requests leave a lot to be desired. We’ve been waiting 2-3 weeks for multiple work orders to be addressed and all we get is maintenance will be here the next day then nothing. We have not even made a month at this property and all I can say is FPI maintenance requests don’t get addressed with any kind of urgency.

Vivir en Coral Gardens Apartments me parece una excelente opción. La ubicación es práctica, cerca de tiendas y con acceso fácil a la autopista, además hay transporte público relativamente cerca. El complejo es cerrado, así que es seguro. El tema del ruido depende mucho de la unidad: hay zonas tranquilas durante el día, pero en otras se escucha el tren cercano.
