Mom received a hip replacement. Very organized. She's doing great!
I would not recommend anyone who is self pay visit this clinic. I took my son in for a broken wrist and while all the staff in the clinic was very nice, I have had a horrible experience with their billing process. I told them I was self pay and that I would pay for my bill there that day. Which I did for our previous appointment with no issue. My brother was referred to this clinic by his primary care doctor for a broken bone. Unfortunately, my experience here has been incredibly disappointing and only reinforced the frustration I have with the medical system. As a self-pay patient, I was very careful to ask detailed questions about costs upfront to avoid surprises. I broke my wrist on a Saturday and came to urgent care on Sunday for X-rays.
