I realize that there is a pandemic situation going on, but the fact that they make anyone who brings a patient in wait out in their car in 90°+ weather when there is not another person anywhere in the building's waiting rooms (yes, more than one) is unconscionable. An MRI takes 30+ minutes, and when you add in the paperwork involved, I got to sit in my car for over an hour. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. They took me in at my appointed time within minutes. The technician was professional, very capable, and friendly with a good manner that put me at ease and she explained everything she was doing and told me why. The CT scan with contrast was done quickly and efficiently. Ironically, I had the same procedure done at Dixie Regional 7 months ago. They get a star for fitting me in quickly and for the price. The technician was very hasty. He did not secure my injured foot so that it would stay completely still. It was in pain and I had to hold it for about 20 min (it seemed). The result was not good. Dr. was unhappy with the result. Part of the foot was even cut off. After I was done the technician rushed me (hobbling) into the locker room to get my stuff and practically shoved me out of the side door. It was the end of the day but...wow.
