RecommendedLove this place. This is my first apartment since moving to San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The environment is very clean and well maintained. The maintenance guy Dominic is very helpful and efficient. I definitely see myself staying here for the next few years.
RecommendedI just moved in and the process was easy with the great help from Brianna and Amber. They answered my requests immediately and the work was good. Also, Doris, one of the managers was extremely helpful with straightening out rent due notices after I had paid it in advance. I rate them 10 out of 10. Thank you ladies.
RecommendedEveryone knows moving is no easy tasks. The Coral bay staff were amazing !! We were moving from out of state and the leasing staff were nothing but professional throughout the entire process and made our move very easy. The community is close to Mission Bay and within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. I highly recommend Coral Bay Apartments to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home .

For sure 5 stars for Doris. She had a great and welcoming attitude from the start. She followed up continuously to ensure we understood everything and to make sure didn't have any questions left unanswered. She has everything you look for in a customer service rep.
Liked everyone up until my car got towed for being over the line. As crazy as everyone parks sometime u can't help it Or sometimes you need more space because u can't get your baby out of the car seat. Like my place not so much the office management. Customer service has became 0 stars.
