Amenities is great, Fitness center on site, playground for the kids, On site maintenance and management, heated Olympic pool, 6 floor plans to fit just about anybody’s needs. You have the 5 freeway just a few blocks away. Overall, this is such a convenient complex.

She helped me with several issues I was having and helped me with the multiple steps to ensure my apartment was mine :). Called me on several occasions to help me. Then after moving in she again worked with me to get a garage. Very helpful and kind Overall very satisfied with her 😊

Yesterday my fiancé and I visited Coral Bay Apartments for a tour and we had an amazing experience. We were warmly greeted by Jessica who made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. The property looked beautiful, clean and it had everything we are looking for, specially great prices!!! We are excited about our new home and we feel peaceful about knowing we will have amazing people like Jessica and the other staff members that are always willing to help and facilitate the whole moving process for us.
