I hate to be writing this after being a regular here, but today’s service was especially disappointing. It took 30 minutes just to place our order, and our pancakes arrived with raw batter in the middle. When I pointed this out, the only adjustment to our bill was removing a small glass of milk. We paid full price for food we couldn’t eat. Staff haven’t been particularly warm with us before, and even a smoothie promised for leaving a review on our first visit never happened.
