I usually love coming to this hotel which makes me sad having had the experience I had today. While the hotel itself is beautiful and always clean I ran into several problems which resulted in SEVERAL unexpected charges on my card from poorly trained staff nor was the problem corrected or rectified with me. Sadly won't be staying again. Just not the same hotel and friendly atmosphere it used to be.
We checked in 2/11 and the lady at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and kind definitely great customer service!!!
Stayed about a year ago, booked the package with massages and champagne, etc (think the romance package) my husband and I loved it, had a fun night out on college ave, slept well and then enjoyed a couples massage in the morning before going home!
Staff is wonderful, very clean rooms. Perfect place to come and relax!
