Friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Spa very relaxing, clean and professional.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Great tub and bathroom. Wish we could have gotten massages or something with how expensive the room was and how much you have to pay per item from the mini bar. Even a simple manicure or pedicure. That would have made it better. ALSO paying for parking too and how noises it is nearby. We enjoyed our stay, but expensive
We had a nursing conference and decided to stay the night to take in Appleton. The Hotel and Spa was wonderful. The Hotel was elegant, classy, and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and the spa was wonderful. The staff at the spa were excellent at their profession. They all made us feel special. Only draw back was parking but that can't be helped and we would definitely overlook it and stay there again. Was an overall great experience.
It's a very nice hotel. I especially like the toned down decor. I feel like so many nice hotels try to hard with the ambiance. This strikes a nice balance.
What a beautiful place to go can't wait to go back again!
