Rest Here after a day at the Spa . I had needed a end of day away / the first boutique hotel in Appleton .. It so great .. Nothing better than new . not many rooms to offer so you need to book way a head of time .. whirlpools, luxurious linens, down comforters, microwaves, honor bars and more in a smoke free environment. Suites include walk-in marble showers and several fireplaces.. I tell ya . it's great great .. I liked my stay here. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were very nice. Most importantly for a small fee they let my dog stay with me. They even left treats and a bed for her to use in the room. It was very sweet.
My sister and I booked a room for a nice quiet night away from our homes, while I have been going through treatment for breast cancer, as well as a quiet night toncelebrate my birthday. This was on Saturday August 1st. When we arrived everything seemed very nice and clean. With all the covid stuff going on everyone had masks on and there was plenty of hand sanitizer around. Very nice Boutique Hotel located in the absolute center of downtown. Staff has always been amazingly helpful, courteous and professional. Would stay again. Was not happy regarding the parking situation. Overnight hotel guests should not have to pay to park. A pass system could and should be used.
Was so excited to staying there with my husband Saturday night. After checking into our room that we thought had a jacuzzi tub, it didn't. The room was small bed was horrible and so was the miniature pillows provided. Whatever I will let that go. We checked out yesterday got our recipe for $138.60 check our account the today and got charged $194.04 on our Credit Card. Called and got that cleared up apparently 'we over charge incase there is a cleaning fee' and it will get refunded again whatever let it go. Then check our ban... read more
the desk duplicated a pass card allowing another guest access to our room. all 3 of us were very startled. Carter suggested we deadbolt the door. I suggest never staying here but if bvb you must make sure you keep valuables at another location. who knows what could have happened if we weren't here when the other guest entered our room.
