I have been going to this office for over 10+ years. They have the best staff and dentist!!! I would never go anywhere else, they're like my dentistry family.
I would go no where else. From the staff to the dentists, A+ always. Location is perfect, My family and I are lifetime patientsand I always recommend Northwest dentistry when anyone is looking for a dentist...
Overall, a pleasant experience considering the work being done. Staff was awesome! However, the wait time for getting insurance to approve the procedure took almost 40 minutes which was way too long in my book.

Need stronger gas
Dr. Otten and his assistant Audry (not sure of her name) were excellent!!! No one looks forward to getting a crown, but I can honestly say that their bed side manner is off the charts!!!
The staff as well as the dentist have excellent attitudes withgreat skill and care....
Love the staff and dr. Ottman !!! I'm moving and will come back soon.
