Dr. Vakil did a great job explaining the upcoming procedures and options for my dental work. I didn't feel rushed like most doctors make you feel...he patiently explained it all and answered all of my questions. And they also got me in the same day I called. Thanks!

I am a big wimp when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Vakil and his wonderful staff always make the experience as pleasant as they possibly can for me. He is very gentle and easy to talk to. He has the BEST dental hygienist on the planet (Mary), the sweetest assistant (Gloria) and the friendliest receptionist (Carrie). I am always pleased with the care and attention I receive from each one of them. Thank you all very much! VT

My first visit to NW General Dentistry was this week! Getting an appointment set up was so easy and fast. I even asked if they could email me the new patient forms and they did. So when I got there they took my papers and it was no time they were calling me in to see the dentist. Dr. Vakil was so informative and told me everything ahead of time what to exspect before it happened, which I appreciated. There was NO PAIN what so ever. As much as I hate the drill, they're good at calming my anxiety about it so that work can get done and over with.
