Excellent service by Gloria and Dr. Vakil. They were very informative throughout the procedure and always ensuring that I was doing okay and comfortable.
I had a piece of my tooth come off and called carrie, and they were double booked but made time to see me. i got there dr. vakil looked at it and fixed me up!!! I appreciate that they got me in as a last minute and took care of me!!! thanks so much now i dont have to look like a hillbilly haha
For someone who is extremely fearful of dental work, I recently had some work done and was thrilled that I had no anxiety, no pain, no discomfort and my results are awesome! Dr. Otten ROCKS! Thank you Northwest General Dentistry for giving me back my smile!

I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming! I even bring my children to Dr. Otten.
Starting with Dr Otten all the way thru the entire staff, l rate them 5 stars. Going to the dentist is not pleasant ,however these professionals almost make it so. Thank y'all

I was referred out to another specialist for a root canal and then went back for the crown at Northwest General Dentistry. The experience was a positive one from the receptionist to the dentist. I was made comfortable and was informed of everything at each step which helped me to remain relaxed. I arrived 15 min late and they were very gracious about the delay. Will definitely return to this facility and refer people I know to Dr. Otten and his staff.
