Always pleasant
Dr. Vakil is the best!! I'm 50 years old, but both he and his staff make me feel at ease at every visit. I've been a client since 1999.
Dr Ott and Gloria were fabulous.
I am super afraid of going to the dentist (due to past incidents at different offices). However, my visits at Northwest have only been great. The fromt desk staff are super nice and all smiles. hygienists actually take time to get to know you, and share laughs. I just really like the fact that you are treated like family. The atmosphere is very inviting, and everyone is very nice. Dr. Otten is my dentist, and he is absolutely AWESOME. No regrets for choosing Northwest Dental.

I have been going to this facility for over 10 years!! I would not consider going to any other dentist. The staff is super friendly and so compassionate.
Excellent staff and service.
I would give them a 10 star rating if it were available. I'm greeted with a smile when I walk in the door, never have to wait, and am treated wonderfully by the entire staff. For a person with a fear of dental work, this is absolutely the best place to go. They also have a Katy location if you live out that way.
