Hands down the best doctor and staff. Every dentist I've been to in the past doesn't even come close to Northwest general Dentistry. The Dr and staff I believe went above and beyond regular customer service. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.
I really enjoy NW General and the ability I have to get in for cleanings during lunch and get back to work. Ann and the rest of the crew is fantastic! Thank you
I cracked a tooth on Sunday, and the fabulous staff at NW General Dentistry were able to get me in on Monday, and I got my temporary crown the same day. Both doctors are awesome - always explain all the options, and keep you updated on what they are doing, so you aren't lost. Thank you!!!! :)
I am a very happy wait scratch that, I'm an EXTREMELY happy and satisfied patient of NWGD and have been now for 5+ yrs. I've had two previous dentist (in my hometown and one in Spring Tx) and i know the difference between them which is why Dr. Otten is stuck with me and my mouth until he retires. Professionally! Drs, hygienists and staff are the greatest. Take time to discuss your teeth, provide suggested recommendations, and never forget that personal touch if eye contact or asking how your family is. In their communication they are finding out about your medical history, same, problems, meds, and any new changes. Personally!
