About this business

The Copper Queen Hotel, built in 1898 and completed in 1902, was the product of a booming mining camp called Bisbee. Once the largest city between St. Louis and San Francisco, Bisbee is now a beautiful and quiet getaway. While the town of Bisbee has "grown" it has not lost its' charm. Soon after Bisbee became a town, Phelps Dodge Mining Company built the Copper Queen Hotel as a place for dignitaries and investors to relax in luxury. Just got home from a "girls night out" in Bisbee & couldnt have stayed at a better hotel! We stayed in the Grace Dodge room. It was GORGEOUS! Complete with a claw foot bathtub. The staff was super friendly & the bartender made the BEST bloody mary I've ever had. We had little encounter with spirits, but heard a little boy laughing in the hallway, footsteps (creeking) on the stairway & smelled cigar smoke on the 2nd floor. It was one the best times & hotel stays I've had in a long time!

Loved our night in Bisbee. Lots of history at Copper Queen, we had no ghost encounters. Be sure and do the mine tour-really makes you appreciate the hard work of the miners.

An absolutely beautiful historical (haunted) hotel with even better people there. Really enjoyed the hotel, best patio deck out front. We will definitely be back

Loved our stay! Just the ambiance we were looking for in Old Bisbee. Room was cozy, granted it had a noisy air conditioner. Friendly and fun bar with great live music. The cafe in hotel is closed, but we were recommended to the Bisbee Breakfast Club just down the road. I will be back!

Overpriced for a tiny room. Restaurant closed. Breakfast and service disappointing. Very clean but would not pay that much to stay there again

My wife and I have stayed here twice and both times have always been awesome. We have fond memories and great times in Bisbee. The Copper Queen is our #1 choice for a hassle free and comfortable stay. Well worth the $.

They didn't tell us that the restaurant was closed for renovation until we checked in on April 28, 2017. It was closed two months ago and may reopen in 90days. Hotel is in a good location.
