Soon after Bisbee became a town, Phelps Dodge Mining Company built the Copper Queen Hotel as a place for dignitaries and investors to relax in luxury. Construction was difficult because Phelps Dodge had to blast away and clear a large portion o... read more

Now, we didnt stay here over night BUT this will be our next weekend stay. We stopped here first (even when our hotel had a bar too) but I am so glad we did. They had musicians there that just made me feel so good and they were amazing. I do not know their names :( i am so sorry. They need to hire more than one bartender on these busy days. Would have served may more drinks. Well worth the extra cost and you would not have disgruntled clients willing to spend money

This was a delightful historic hotel. The staff was very friendly and the food in both the bar and the dining room was delicious. We would definitely stay again. Embrace the charm.

Thermostat in the room didn't work as it was either all hot or cold. Bathroom was ice cold. Hot water went off in the shower after 3 minutes and didn't come back on for 5 minutes. Carpet in the hallways was very loose with ridges in it. All the person at the desk said when I told him about this when we checked out with sorry.
