RecommendedIt is a historic and beautiful hotel! Rooms were great, clean and loved the antique furnishings! Everyone was super nice. Loved the town of Bisbee as well, lots of shops! Great time!
The Ambiance is great. Customer services also exceptional. However the beds and the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. So bring your own.

RecommendedMy husband and I stayed there in the past along with his folks and plan to do it again with the rest of the family in tow. Loved the historical hotel and the front desk staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back and share the area with our kids and grandkids.
RecommendedAn incredibly beautiful place with so much mystery and history. Stayed on the 4th floor in a king room that was very clean and so comfy, all the staff here were awesome. An incredible experience here in Bisbee AZ.... Will definitely be back! !!!
Recommendedwonderful place and the people who work there are so friendly and helpful. It seems every time I make reservations I need to add someone to the list. The staff are so agreeable and again helpful with that. Costs are reasonable and desk staff always helps me to find a special. My grandson loves the dinning room because of the waiter there. Who I might add went out of his way to befriend my grandson.
