The young man disdainfully took my pizza as I paid at the counter. I asked him if he really needed to work there. He was somewhat empathetic, and I think that's one of the biggest drawbacks of customer service in most commercial establishments in the United States. The lack of training they receive when they put them to work at a counter, without considering how important customer service is.
We are so happy with our new home!! We moved in almost 2 weeks ago and were experiencing unpleasant cigarette smoke smells in our bathroom and cat hair (I’m allergic). Erica made sure she went above and beyond to fix these issues, let us borrow her carpet cleaner and offered to have professionals come in and do it for us. The maintenance man (forgive me I can’t remember his name) is so nice, and fixed our bathroom issue while we were away at work just like they promised!
