This is the worst complex in the katy area. I lived there for 3 years and regret every moment in there. There is always cops in the complex and swat team has been there several times while i lived there. I was moving out and was told my last month would be 825 then they put a note on my door saying i owed more and we went to the office and asked about it and the girl told us not to worry about the notice that we are paid and then one of the rudest girls in the office came up to my apartment a week later and walked right in w... read more
I lived In Copperchase from March to Septmeber of 2010. The apartment had many roaches, but worst of all Bed Bugs!! There were lots of break-ins during my stay which prompted the management to hire extra security. The extra security will harass people they dont know including the people who live there. It seems like the extra security didnt do much good because having the local sheriff and constable constantly around for one reason or another as well as the occasional ambulance became business as usual. Read reviews before even moving in...my Husband said how bad could it be since moving here in january we have had water leaks in the laundry rm ants coming in through the dry rotted wall in the living room, not to mention the smell that may be coming from underneath the rusted dishwasher thats not even properly installed(in order to close the door you have to pull the whole dish washer out. Weve been over taken not only by ants but also Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been a complete nightmare, having to replace furniture and ma... read more

The worst place I have ever lived. The move in special price was right; I made a huge mistake. To make things worse, the complex has now become a police state. Im not sure what the uniformed rent-a-cops do other than stare down every resident who walks by, and drive around constantly. They keep a rent-a-cop vehicle with its cherries flashing right in front as you come in. Im embarresed to have friends over. This place is a disgrace.
This has been the WORST 6 months of our lives! Thank goodness we only signed a 6 month lease! Immediately upon move in, the dishwasher had to be replaced due to RUST and the fact that it did not work. This should have been done BEFORE we moved in. We also had a HUGE spot of MOLD over our master tub, caused by a leak from above that soon came down the walls.
