Scam artists. Dont be fooled. Their adds say all pet breeds allowed. I had a well trained pit bull, and paid the non-refundable deposit. Was told two months later my dog breed was not allowed by a staff member, but was told my dogs "breed" could change in the system for \$200 bucks cash. I paid...what else could I do. Moved as soon as my lease was up. Securtity deposit was not returned despite having it professionally cleaned. Beware: They are changing their name to "the Lakes"....dont be fooled.

First the manager is completely rude, second getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth and third it is not safe there. We got "evicted" b/c of non payment but I contend to this day that they should have fixed my leaking ceiling fixture in my kitchen. The manager got a no show court decision on me even though I was there probably cuz she already had it leased out again and our attorney couldnt do anything to reverse it so now we are screwed w/ an eviction(even though it is paid) on our credit til 2016. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! First we had roaches, it took Terminix about 7 times to come out then the roaches were gone, but after that we then had to deal with BED BUGS!!!!! They were in my sons bed and he got a rash from it then my step daughters spent the night and woke up to bites from head to toe, and we had only been ther almost 4 months!! Its insane!!! We got out of our lease and moved after being there only 4 months. We had to replace all of our furniture and mattress. It was a nightmare. NOt to mention the random people wh... read more

This is the worst complex in the katy area. I lived there for 3 years and regret every moment in there. There is always cops in the complex and swat team has been there several times while i lived there. I was moving out and was told my last month would be 825 then they put a note on my door saying i owed more and we went to the office and asked about it and the girl told us not to worry about the notice that we are paid and then one of the rudest girls in the office came up to my apartment a week later and walked right in w... read more
