I subleased from my friend for part of the year. The apartment was spacious, and living with my friends was great. The maintenance team was great-always quick to show up and helpful. Unfortunately, working with Copper was frustrating from the start. Getting help from management was difficult. My friend who I subleased from had everything prepared for the transfer and communicated great with me, but Copper sent me a lease with the wrong (much higher) monthly rent. Spent around six years on the property, never really had any problems. The people in the office are super nice and always happy to help with anything! If you have a dog they love seeing them in the office! I used to bring in mine when I would pick up a package and make him a pup cup there. They’re quick to fix stuff and make it really easy to live there!
