The space you get when living in Copper Beech is great, but after living here for a year and a half, I definitely do not think it is worth all the trouble we have had during our lease. In the winter, the parking lot is never cleared. The only location they really plow is in front of their office. The parking situation is horrendous. Even though we pay for our spots, there aren't enough and you're lucky if you can park in front of your house.
