I don't ever write reviews or consider filing lawsuits but you guys have made me do both this year :-)!!!!! New management is just as frustrating as the old. Threatening legal action doesn't get things fixed in my unit anymore so maybe a bad Facebook review will... Lol probably not though.
Do not rent from this place!!!! They avoid taking calls when there is a problem.
Highly dissatisfied with the condition my apartment was in when I got there. The kitchen was beyond dirty and the couches and futon were absolutely disgusting. And they said they would not replace them. Plus there were so many other things wrong. They didn't even deserve to get their first months rent until my room was fixed. I do not recommend this place at all!!! My question is where did the cleaning fee I paid go to? Their customer service is questionable as well
The internet here is laughable.
