DO NOT LIVE HERE! Copper Beech’s management is horrible, absolutely horrific. They do not uphold their lease terms, they will 100% rip you off!
Friendly and accommodating staff, conveniently located and new upgrades
The overall apartment has all the necessities for a comfortable living space. The apartment overall is much larger than any other apartment I have seen around Columbia, and very well priced. There is a game room, and workout space that has all the basics needed for a good workout, or a relaxation space. The staff in the main office are always willing to work with you to help any way possible. WiFi and cable are included, which saves a lot of money and hassle. The overall apartment itself has been fine. I live in a 3 person and it is a little outdated and the floors aren't the best, but it has plenty of room and everything works well. My biggest problem lately is that when I signed, they said we could use all the amenities at The Grove but today when I called I got two different answers. The Grove said I would have to pay an additional cost (although I paid a community fee) and Copper Beech said since we have new management that we could not use it at all (not to mention the girl ... read more
