I can not stress enough how great this company and their techs are! In a world where everyone is trying to scam people and do shotty work filled with shortcuts, these guys are the exception. Dennis and Santi changed out my old (almost 20 year old) 4 ton AC unit at my house and they literally went above and beyond. The old slab my AC was sitting on was off level and slightly sunken into the ground, and I told them it was no big deal and to leave it like that. Update: I just had my third big job completed by Copacetic, and I am honestly in awe. Yuni and his team replaced all my old ductwork and lifted and stabilized my old unit, and watching these guys work is unbelievable. The work they did looks like something done for NASA or SpaceX. While the work they do is absolutely incredible, what gets me every time is the tiny details that are huge to me.
