I simply LOVE Copa. The food is delicious and they give hefty portions and the drinks are on point. My job does happy hour there sometimes. The service is usually GREAT, only once the server kinda rude, but we still went back many times since then.
Not what we expected for Mexican food, the guacamole dip was to die for and I am not crazy over guacamole dip. Will be back.

Today the Coleslaw Was Sour; that I Almost Vomited. The Half Pound Burger that I Ordered; I Was Charged for a Pickle that Comes with the Burger; as Stated on the Menu. Though I Felt that they Done Me a Favor by Cutting one up & put it on my Burger. I didn't Ask that; though it Was Nice. But still I'm didn't Order an Extra Pickle; I Only Wanted the Pickle that it Came With. I will never Pay for a Pickle that Is Included with the Burger; even if they Cut it Up. I could do that Myself.
The atmosphere was very nice our waitress was very attentive as well!I ordered Nacho's with chicken for my first time. It was amazing & dietary meal as well my alcoholic mixed drink was everything after just getting off work.�����
