Coopers place is a bad place to move. Poor management and rent is too high. Appliances old and management is rude.
The complex is fine, I loved living here for three years. But when I had a sudden change in job, they want to charge me for the whole year of rent! How is that a good business behavior?! The relationship is completely ruined because they do not wish to cooperate. I think the place is also overpriced. I do not recommend doing business with them at all.
