Do not live here. To not get into too much detail 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT FRAUD!! They will try to make you pay for stains and damages from previous tenants (please read below if you experienced this too) A) Apartment was so messy when I moved in I had to push back the move in date 2 weeks so they could actually clean it 2. 5 floods in my apartment since I moved in, they come into your apartment unannounced and leave no notice they were there. absolutely no enjoyment living here, and the management doesn't care at all.
Been waiting on a play ground for over a year now.... but they still advertise that they have one. I can hear my neighbors snore (amongst other things) right from my bed... oh and they will raise your rent over 150$ after the first year. Please just keep driving ...... not worth your money.
Infested like there is no tomorrow and the property doesn't care that you pay an outrageous amount for such filth.
Roach city n not a thing they Can do just want to make it look nice.
