After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Five star service, five star meal. I had the best brussel sprouts I've ever eaten along with the short rib risotto. Will definitely be returning soon.
We were disappointed with our last visit at the tasting room 4/25. We had a bad Barbera served to us and told the wine server behind the counter as much and totally were dismissed. Three of five of us even dumped the wine in the bucket. One would have thought they would have opened a new bottle, or offered something different, but nope! We've had this wine many times and know what it should have tasted like.
