After four years of planning and construction, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper's Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. With sophisticated food and exceptional wines, our concept was born.

My sister brought me here for my birthday on 9/4....it was my 1st time and my last time! Did the wine tasting, took a while before even being acknoweldged. We were NOT offered crackers but others were. It took a while for us to be seated after being called to be seated. We waited 30 minutes after being seated before the hostess/seater came by and acknowledged that we had not seen our server. Yesterday was my second and LAST time at this location!!! Took one of my favorite people here for � tasting & dinner but was truly disappointed. During our � tasting we stood there for awhile before even being acknowledged. We were not even offered the crackers, like others were, or as I have been given at other locations. Oan, after being paged at 8:02p to be seated but still had to stand at reception desk until 8:09p to be seated, we did not see our waiter, or anyone, until 30 mins+ later. The Lobster Bisque was delicious, otherwise service was not timely, but l was rescued by a outstanding waitress, who saved the evening. Otherwise Coopers Hawk was .. NOT IMPRESSIVE..
I like this location very romantic and the services was excellent I enjoyed myself will be back to this location

I been serval times but i had to take my lil sister somewhere she hasn't been and she loved her visit.
The service started out not so good and we had to change servers, after that, things were awesome. The food was good and worth every penny.
