To say customer service was disappointing would be an under statement. We've been waiting patiently to return to Cooper Hawk even as they were one of the last to open during COVID. We even tried to support them by ordering take out for Easter (we live an hour away). We went in today to pick our month wine and do a tasting (we have 12 that are paid for and unused for 2020).
