After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. One of our favorite places to go. Chorizo chicken is to die for!
First visit to Cooper's Hawk for the wine tasting and a light dinner in the bar on a Friday night. The wine selection was excellent and the appetizers we shared in the bar were excellent as well. My friend and I ended up joining the wine club as we can see the benefits of the membership. Let me start by saying the ONLY reason this is not a 5 is because this was my first visit, but if my next visit is anything like this one then I will be upgrading this to a 5. Saturday night started with a reservation for 5 adults and a baby undergoing an impromptu change to 7 adults and 2 babies. My husband and I went there for lunch yesterday. The food was amazing and our servicer Jared was awesome. Manager came by to make sure our experience was good. The Wine Club is great to have. Our wine was great. We really enjoyed the one in Orlando and the one in Tampa is awesome too.
First visit was a success! Wonderful gnocchi and smores dessert. Both recommended by bartender.
My husband and I just love Cooper's hawk. We always look forward to coming for the wine tasting!! Yum.....loving the Malbec right now.
I am a wine club member and can tell you that this membership pays for itself. I literally can't help myself from referring everyone to Coopers Hawk. The happy hour pricing is tops in Tampa and the apps are 5 star. We receive unparalleled service from Sheryl, Travis, Andrew, Barbie, Lauren, Ari, Darlene, and Lisa!
Loved the wine, food and atmosphere. We will definitely come back.
Service was fabulous with Michael as our server, entertainment. The food was good too.
